Are You Ready Boots?...

....Start Walking!
Autumn has taken over here in London and I am embracing it full swing! If there’s one item I always go back to every time the leaves turn brown it’s a nice pair of Chelsea boots. Chelsea boots are timeless and never go out of fashion; I love to wear them with black tights and old summer dresses a ’la Alexa Chung.

I've bought Chelsea boots over the years from a few different highstreet brands and although they have been nice they always tend to wear out very quickly.  I think if you know you are going to wear an item year on year you should think about investing a bit more money to make sure that piece will last you more than one season! Queue this beautimous pair of boots that arrived on my doorstep last month from Chatham for review…

Coat - Primark
Dress - Milanoo

One of my favourite colours for Autumn/Winter is maroon so when I saw these Chelsea boots had maroon elastic I knew we’d get on like a house on fire. They are 100% leather so I think they will last me for a few good years and they are super comfortable...

On this particular day Will & I went for a wander around Portobello Road Market and they put up well with the day of walking through crowds and standing at bus stops... 5 stars from the City Girl! At Portobello I also picked up this black hat (strongly inspired by What Olivia Did & Wish Wish Wish). I am pretty chuffed with it as it was only £18 and the one I had been eyeing up on ASOS was £30! Pleased as punch!!

Springtime Wishlist

Hey guys,

today's post is a Springtime wishlist - all the things on the UK highstreet that I am dreaming about at the moment :) Hope you like!

I've mentioned this before but I am so lusting after a matching set outfit this season - I love this gingham set from Topshop - so cute and perfect for London summers! I saw this backpack in UO the other day and squealed inside, it's so pretty and I have a special relationship with mini backpacks haha. The backpack is really sleek and 90's (which my style is slowly becoming my style - much to my non-fashiony friends' dismay)

I love this little pair from RI this season! I pretty much like anything with cakes or donuts on so this tee speaks to me haha. I also think paired with the check midi & Jellies this is an outfit a 6 year old me would be proud of.

I am working myself up to getting a pair of these 'Mom' jeans from topshop - they are pretty man-repelling but that's ok because I've already got my man so I can feel free to repel others! I love the idea of mixing them with  a structured sweater and metallic simple clutch. MUCH FASHION. SUCH CHIC.

This outfit is just fulfilling my pastel needs entirely (there's one in each post I do haha). This ballerina skirt is just...uch... I can't even... I would pair, again, with a structured sweat top (Primark do a similar one to this btw) this gorgeous duck egg blue bag and a nice pair of tortoiseshell shades.

hope you like this post, all the items are in the stores NOW.

What's your favourite outfit?

Valentines Day Outfit Ideas

Hey guys,
With Valentines day approaching I thought it would be nice to put together some outfits to wear on the day from the UK highstreet. Hope you like :)

Pretty in pink never fails! I am lusting after matching separates so much season.. I would wear this to a cute afternoon Valentines date!

Casual & Cool and a little bit Cheeky! This outfit is a bit tongue in cheek with the 'kiss me' tee, perfect for a quick jaunt around Camden lock or a skate date!!

Keeping it classic, can't go wrong with a lnd (little navy dress) and red lips & heels to match!

Got any Valentines Day plans?

But baby it's cold outside!

It's The Christmas Countdown!

Happy 2nd Y'all!

This is just a little post to show you what I've been wearing to stay warm when I'm out roaming the wintery London streets!

My lovely coat is actually from Primark and I love it was only £25 and it feels and looks so much more expensive! The bag is from h&m :)

My wooly hat is also primark and it has little specks of sparkle in it! Perfect for the holiday season!

Both my leather gloves and my scarf are from good old Marks & Spencers - I've found it a great place for winter accessories this season!

The scarf in particular is a real favorite of mine.. perfect colour, perfect thickness and perfect tartan! Bliss!

Thanks for reading peeps, Hope you like :)
