Dip Dye Night out look

I love the trend of dip dye that has been around for a while, both in clothing and in hair!

This top is a nod to the dip dye trend, I bought it in Primark (no less!) and as soon as I saw it I thought it would go great with my leather jacket.. I love the mix of textures!

I find fringing can sometimes be a bit too costume-y so this is a great way to include them in your outfit, keep them cool and  rock-n-roll!

I think  a great different option when you're dressing up for a night out is to ditch the short skirts and lip gloss and go for a darker, more masculine look.. it makes you stand out in a sea of mini-dress clad girls! plus its warmer on the way home!

I love my disco pants for a night out because they can look special and dressed up but are so comfortable you can dance around like a fool without a care!

In other news...

I had a great night with the girls the other night, we decided to go back in time a few years and have a good old fashioned sleepover! We made a homemade facemask which..although it looked revolting, actually did wonders! my skin felt so lovely after -

This face mask is suitable for all skin types and is super simple to prepare. It will cleanse and rejuvenate your skin.

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
  • 1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff)
  • A few drops of honey

Preparation:

Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together.
Warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon.
Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture.
Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth.
Apply moisturiser

Love :)
