Today's post is an OOTD from a day off I had the other day and spent with my bf. I decided to rock out the pastel as the sun had finally decided to show it's face for a bit!
I have had this little pale yellow knitted top from Topshop for a while now but haven't really worn it too many times as I couldn't quite find the right way to wear it, its such a nice piece as it reminds me of something a 1950's teenager would have worn.. so cute.
On this particular day off Will & I went for Vietnamese down the road, Noodle soup (Pho) is my favourite kind of food EVER, so I very much enjoyed this! :) AAaanyway, back to the OOTD haha...
I decided I still needed to layer (it may be sunny but it's still very chilly!) so I ended up putting my cropped jumper on top of my knitted Tee so that the crochet bottom detail would still show through, I then paired this with my pastel check skirt from River Island and topped it all off with a hair bow.
Yellow Knit & Crochet Tee - Topshop
Pastel Blue Cropped Jumper - Topshop
Pastel Blue Check Mini Skirt - River Island
Thick Tights - Primark
Heeled Chelsea Boots - Primark
Hair Bow - Beyond Retro
Makeup wise I did my normal, vintage inspired look - Matte red lips (Russian Red - MAC), winged liner (l'oreal Superliner), and pink blush (Sleek - Rose Gold)
My bag is a beautiful pastel pink satchel that I picked up from Topshop quite a while ago, I have been waiting for the spring time so that I could use it more! I love the colour so much and it is much easier to carry around then my big H&M shoulder bag
That's all for now folks, hope you like my outfit :) Are you looking forward to Spring as much as I am? I can't wait for it to get warmer, then I can start putting more colour back into my OOTDS at last!
