Primark Haul - Summer 2014

Hey guys,
I recently paid a cheeky trip to my local Primark to scout out the Summer offerings, and obviously I picked up a few things! I decided I would do a little Primark haul on here as I know the Primark website doesn't tend to show all the items in store so I like seeing what other people have picked up! (Plus my 'Primark Spring/Summer 2014 preview' post is one of my most popular posts so I'm pretty sure you like seeing them too!!)

So to start off I got this lovely grey jersey T Shirt style dress, I love the white collar detail (obvi- so 'Dusk') and I really like the way the dress drapes too. This is the kind of piece I know I will wear over and over - styled down with black tights and brogues or style up with a statement necklace and heels!

Next I picked up the simple 'boyfriend style' tees in plain white and striped. The plain white is just an amazing basic, honestly as good as h&m &Topshop and only 3 pounds! The stripey tee was a bit of an impulse buy, but I just can't seem to leave anything stripey behind, I love to wear classic breton stripes with red lips & red nails and pretend I am Coco! Aaaanyway, the shape of these T shirts is really nice, a slightly dropped sleeve that hits at  just above the elbow & that 'slightly oversized but not too much' size too. I like to roll up the sleeves and wear with a nice gold chain or sparkly necklace..

Which leads me nicely onto the next purchase, a slightly over-the-top sparkly number which I wasn't quite sure about until I put it on on top of the striped Tshirt & found it was the perfect amount of tacky haha. I can't stress enough how much I love a statement necklace to make an outfit look instantly 'put together'..!

Last purchase, (apart from some boring and un-internet worthy hair clips & underpants), was a pack of earrings! I know this may also seem pretty boring but I haven't worn earrings for a very long time &I thought these tiny pearls and sparkles and gold studs would be so elegant :) I'm excited to start wearing them!
